Information you provide

When you call, email, or submit a request, you may provide contact information and details about a property-damage situation. We use that information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate requested services, and maintain business records.

Website requests are sent directly through our email service. We show “Request received” only after that service accepts the message. This is not a guarantee of inbox delivery or an immediate response. We do not store form submissions in a website delivery queue. Our email service processes contact details to send your request to our team. Business correspondence may be retained as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal obligations.

Website information

We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and actions such as phone-link clicks, email-link clicks, and successfully accepted contact requests. Custom conversion events include the page, service category, form type, and an opaque request identifier—not your name, phone number, email address, property address, or message. Analytics may be limited by your browser settings or blockers. A phone-link click does not establish that a call connected.

The website may collect basic technical and usage information needed for security, performance, and traffic measurement. We do not ask you to submit payment-card or insurance-policy information through the public contact form.

To understand how visitors find us, we keep the first landing-page path, referring website name, and available source, medium, and campaign tags in your browser tab's session storage. If you submit a contact request, those details and your optional "How did you hear about us?" answer are included in the request email. This feature does not collect full URL query strings, advertising click IDs, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints. Referring websites may be unavailable because of browser or app privacy settings.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that support website or business operations, or when required by law. Project information may also be shared with insurance contacts or other parties when you request or authorize coordination.
